Dear boys and girls…
It had been a while since my last post. I would like to inform you that I have recieved a bad news today from the doctor. He told me that my sore throat that Ive been having is not normal. He said to me that it might have been something wrong with my tonsil. This is all because of smoking.
So I have taken a huge step to quit smoking. As you all might now (my close friends) I have been trying to quit smoking for quite some time and it has never been worked. So here, I am going to tell you a subsitute of smoking.
This… My dear friend is called a snus. Snus is actually a smokeless tobacco product that hasnt yet been proved about it’s hazardous to health. As you all can see from the picture above, it looks like a small bunch of pillows of weeds. it isnt actually. Snus is made out of the moisted tobacco powder. It has the effect that is similar to tobacco and it is healthier (I must say)
The doctor told me that the reason of the tonsils to grow bigger is because of the heat that is produced from cigarrettes. Nonetheless, the fume itself contains a lot of hazardous chemicals that is dangerous to health. Compared to cigarrettes, this product (Snus) has been practise in all around Scandanavian country and believe it or not, Sweden (the country of origin of Snus) has the lowest rate of cancers in the world! This fact was taken from WHO 2007. Incase you dont know, WHO stands for World Health Organization.
Nonetheless, we all know that smoking is bad. So this is just a tip for you smokers out there who are seeking for the alternative. If you do live in Malaysia and around KL, you can find this in KLCC’s Cold Storage. It is RM8 percan. And it consists of 15 packets in each can… Oh and for each packets, it can last for about 2 to 3 hours long 
There you go! An alternative for you! Hope that you guys do think about quitting smoking because its not only bad, it is DANGEROUS! Look who’s talking huh? Untill next time guys…

I believe that letting your feeling out is better than keeping it inside of you. So today, I would like to share with each one of you about my secret. I believe that by letting your negative energy out will help you emotionally and physically at a certain point. It is theraputic I believe. Dont you think so? :-p Ok.. Enough with the crap and lets start the counselling session :-p For those who wants to let out their anger or sadness, you can do so here too. Life is not like what we see in the television.
Ok… Since im starting this session let me start by sharing with you guys about my secret. I have a phobia when Im driving. When ever Im driving alone, I will have the tendency to put my left hand at the seat belt’s buckle. And also, the door would be unlocked on all sides.
Heres the reason why. I believe that everything that runs on petrol is flammable. So is the car right? Or any vehicle since they run on gas or petrol or whatever you call it. So anyways.. I am scared that one day, my car will blow up while Im driving. So thats the reason why I always keep my hand at the seat belt’s buckle and the door always unlocked. Plus, I have been practising (mentally) about what I will do when I am actually in that situation!
In a split second, I will close my eyes, reach the seat belt’s buckle and open the door. As simple as that! For me, I dont give a shit about what will happened to me once I rolled out from the car but the point is, I am out of the car and a survivor! Hahahaha… Weird right? Well, I have told you my secret, when are you going to tell me yours? Till next time amigos!
